The world is warm today, and the Sun outside the window, setting.
Did I expect to see you here? There, pushed back behind the crowd, leaning against the wall. Phone pressed to your ear, and your other hand jammed into your pocket. Are you trying to be funny? Did you have to come to the party if you were just going to talk on the phone? Did you have to remind me?
Grey suit, brow creased in concentration. The same crooked nose, small mouth, weak jaw—but thinner, more grey, older. Did I expect to see you looking so serious? So professional?
Thirty years later, did I expect to recognize you at all?
Title: Cross My Mind
Summary: Greg listens to the tape Nick recorded in Grave Danger, with unexpected results causing a lapse of uncertainty.
Spoilers: Grave Danger, Play With Fire, Spark of Life
Pairing: Greg/Nick friendship. I'm a huge fan of The Love but this story doesn't call for a relationship.
Genre: Hurt/Comfort, Friendship
Word Count: 1,096
Disclaimer: Own nothing. This idea has probably been written out so many times before, that I'm sure that I don't own that either...
Author's Note: This was supposed to be a one shot, but it got kind of out of hand. This chapter's from Greg's perspective and the next will be from Nick's. I know that this is a post Grave Danger story but it is completely Greggo angst. It might be considered a character study.( Read more...Collapse )
Title: It Ends Tonight
Summary: One night changes everything for Greg and Nick as every hidden emotion comes out with terrifying results.
Warning: Slash. Some swearing.
Rating: M for adult content and use of profanity.
Timeline: Post season 10. No major spoilers, but there might be a few.
Pairing: Greg Sanders/Nick Stokes (The Love)
Disclaimer: Don't own CSI. *sigh*
Author's Note: Hey guys! I haven't written a fan-fiction in a long time, and then this just came to me. Enjoy =)

Title: Saved People
Summary: It's been four years since Greg's beating and the trial. The CSI team thought he was over it, but when Nick finds a check addressed to Marla James at Greg house, he realizes that what happened that night is far from over. Now, it's up to Nick to make sure Greg gets past the fear and the guilt. And maybe, when it's all over, there'll be something good waiting for both of them. Maybe, there is a light at the end of the tunnel after all.
Pairing: Nick/Greg. Slash. Don't like, don't read.
Spoilers: Major spoilers for "Fannysmackin'" and "Post Mortem". Minor spoilers for 'For Gedda', 'Meat Jekyll', 'Grave Danger'. This is set in season 11, so everything up till then is fair game.
Rating: T for language.
Author's Note: This was originally supposed to be a oneshot, but I was dying to post it, so there will be two chapters instead. I hope you like it! Read and review!
